Independence and trademark boundary
- WinDock is independent software. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft, Apple, UTM, VMware, or Parallels.
- UTM, VMware, and Parallels behavior was studied for architecture and product research only. WinDock does not copy their code, artwork, binaries, or bundled components.
- WinDock-owned icons and primary artwork avoid Windows trademark-like graphics. Product text may truthfully refer to Windows as the operating system the user installs and runs.
